Ibanez Universe UV777 7 String with FU Tone Upgrades

  
Letting go of my beloved Ibanez Universe UV777P. It was built in 2000 at the Fujigen fatory in Japan.

It is bone stock with the exception of some very recent upgrades from FU Tone. I have added a brass block, brass claw & screws, and heavy duty silent springs. The guitar sounds more resonant and clear than ever with beautiful sustain. On the condition side, i have recently gone over the entire guitar.

The fretboard has been cleaned and oiled, frets polished, and the back of the neck lightly sanded. As you can see from the pictures it does have chips in the paint around the edges. This guitar has been well cared for but it has been played a lot over the years. The hardware has held up surprisingly well. The fine tuners work beautifully.

Better than any i have had on any trem system I have owned. Trem bar is included but back plate went missing some time ago. Pickguard does have a crack that you can see around one of the screw holes. The Dimarzio Blaze II pickups sound fantastic and everything works well.

I cleaned both the pots and the switch still works well. Theres a little hum in the single coil positions but thats always been there and is typical of single coils. The guitar will come packed in a case, but i'll admit its not a great one. Its one of the hybrid hard/soft cases.
