2008 Squier by Fender Duo Sonic Vintage Vibe Desert Sand, Gig Bag, NOS, Open Box

  

2008 Squier by Fender Duo Sonic, Vintage Vibe Series, Desert Sand finish, gold anodized pickguard, one piece maple neck, basswood body with tummy cut, 24" scale, 21 medium jumbo frets, 9.5" neck radius, top loader bridge, three steel saddles for bright tone, virtually unplayed. The guitar is very light (exactly 6 lbs on my kitchen scale) and incredibly playable (tummy cut is a big plus). The pickups are amazing, low output for a very woody tone yet very clear with lots of definition when overdriven with almost no 60 Hz hum. No wear of any kind on the entire guitar.

No dings, dents or scratches. There is a very minor discoloration spot on the side of the lower bout (last photo) that is barely noticeable and could not be felt under touch.

Everything else odd you see in the photos are nothing more than camera reflections. Apparently, the guitar was sitting in the dealer's warehouse in NJ between 2008 and 2021 in its original box and after 13 years, became a rarity. That is how it arrived to me. Genuine, matching (short scale guitars only), brand new Fender deluxe gig bag is included at no extra charge. The gig bag did not originally come with the guitar.
