1989 Ibanez 540PII-SH, Rare! Alex Skolnick of Testament

  

This guitar was made famous by Alex Skolnick of the band Testament and is very rare. Models are based on the'reverse RG style' body shape with a long, pointy lower horn. This replaced the older Power series body which had been introduced in 1987. SH features a basswood body with a cutaway heel bolted to a maple Wizard neck with a reverse headstock and a 2.

Fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and sharktooth position markers. Components include a pair of DiMarzio-made IBZ/USA pickups with an F3 humbucker at the bridge and a C2 noiseless, stacked single-coil in the neck position, an Edge double locking tremolo bridge. This guitar has some physical damage to the body but the frets are in great shape and with a brand new bridge(correct original Edge), professionally set up with 9 gauge strings and intonated, it plays beautifully.

There are some very light nicks on the back of the neck but there are no cracks. All other components are original. Please see all photos to complete the description.
